EVENT REGISTRATION & EXHIBITION BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
On completion of registration and booking on to the event, you will receive an automated confirmation of booking within 24 hours.
When completing and registering to attend the event, SW Innovation Expo will record your email address to inform you of details and information prior to the event and also to inform you of future events of a similar nature.
By completing, registering and attending the event you are agreeing that any photographs; video; sound recordings taken of you may be used by SW Innovation Expo and possibly the partners and sponsors of SW Innovation Expo for any promotional purposes.
Your event booking must be paid in full prior to attending. If the full amount is not paid then you could be refused entry. If there is a significant reason as to why payment cannot be made prior to an event you must contact the SW Innovation Expo team immediately.
SW Innovation Expo reserves the right to cancel any event without notice and without reason, in such cases any monies paid will be refunded in full.
AMENDMENTS TO EVENT BOOKINGS
You may modify or amend any event bookings (with an alternative delegate name) at any time prior to the event by contacting SW Innovation Expo on info@swinnovationexpo.co.uk . For cancellations, please see below.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend the event, then please inform SW Innovation Expo on info@swinnovationexpo.co.uk as soon as possible.
EVENT TICKETS: A refund will be given for cancellations received any time up to 30 days prior to the event. If you cancel any places after this date you will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given. You may however choose to instead send a replacement delegate. There is no charge for this service.
If you have informed SW Innovation Expo that you are unable to attend the event within the required timescale, a full refund will be given using the same payment method that was used to make the original booking.
EXHIBITION STANDS: A refund will be given for exhibition stand cancellations received any time up to 60 days prior to the event. If you wish to cancel your exhibition stand space after this date, you will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be given. You may however choose to transfer your stand booking to another company/organisation. There is no charge for this service.
If you have informed SW Innovation Expo that you wish to cancel your exhibition stand space within the required timescale, a full refund will be given using the same payment method that was used to make the original booking.

OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
We may cancel the event due to events or circumstances outside our reasonable control e.g Government COVID-19 restrictions
If for any reason the event is unable to take place as planned on 14 October 2021, we will firstly look to reschedule the event. We may also change the location or content of the event and/or substitute event speakers.
If we do cancel, reschedule or make any changes as described in clauses 1 and 2 above, we will notify you (if you have registered for the event) by email and will endeavour to do so as soon as possible after making those changes.
We will refund you the price of the event you have ordered or, if applicable, the affected part of it (for example, the cancelled day, or the place for the person no longer able to attend) if:
we cancel all or part of the event or course in accordance with clause 1 or, because a change to content of the event or course under clause 2 means that we are no longer able to fulfil our event as planned.
We will not reimburse you for any travel or accommodation costs relating to a cancelled, changed or rescheduled event.
NO SHOWS
If, for whatsoever reason, you or your delegates do not turn up for the event (a "no show”) this shall be considered a cancellation outside the required timescale and you will be charged the full amount for your place and a refund will not be given.
SPONSOR COVID POLICY
We are planning SW Innovation Expo in difficult times but are completely committed to this flagship event and to continuing to support tech entrepreneurs and start-up businesses in the South West. We do recognise that the future is unpredictable and so have put in place some simple guidelines below in case of unavoidable interruption.
In the event that Covid-19 restrictions make it impossible to run the event as planned in October 2021 we will, in the first instance, look to postpone to an alternative date later in the year. Your benefits as a sponsor will remain in place and further promotion of the event and your sponsorship will be automatically included in your package.
If an alternative date cannot be secured, we will host a virtual event with the same quality speakers and audience as planned for the physical event. Your benefits as a sponsor would remain in place during a virtual event and we would work with you to ensure you continue to receive a high level of exposure.
Please be aware that the organisation of this event incurs a number of upfront costs which your sponsorship pays for. Consequently, the organisers are unable to give any guarantees or assurances that any sponsorship monies or part thereof will be returned to you if the event is cancelled or postponed.
